    By filling out the on-line form, by phone or by sending off-line order, which you may send via E-Mail. In the order by phone or off-line order, it is necessary to specify the firm in question as precisely as possible, best by means of identification number /IČO/ statement. In case of on-line order, you choose directly from our database.

    The prices of the business reports are dependent upon delivery term of the business report in question and upon the country, from which the ordered firm is coming. We still prepare price offer for you upon request.

  • Are there any countries, about which the company Creditreform would not provide any information?

    Are there any countries, about which the company Creditreform would not provide any information?

    There are no countries, from which Creditreform does not provide any business reports on the firms. Should it concern a destination, where there is no Creditreform office, so the report will be delivered in usual structure by contractual offices.

  • What does „receivable collection“ mean?

    What does „receivable collection“ mean?

    The term „receivable collection“ is generally used for collection of receivables of third party. Under „third party“ creditor is understood, which does not extort the receivables himself, but leases for this activity a collection agency. The company Creditreform is specialized for receivable administration – i.e. for realization of fast and efficient processes in such a way that the creditors‘ receivables are reimbursed in an extrajudicial manner within a time as short as possible. 

  • What kind of information needs Creditreform to start the debt collection proceedings?

    What kind of information needs Creditreform to start the debt collection proceedings?

    Above all, a creditor must conclude with Creditreform a contractual relation (Agreement on co-operation, Mandatory Agreement, Service order, etc.). There are also further items, which are necessary for this purpose, above all: description of origin of the receivable (contract, order, invoice, etc.) data concerning the debtor, the amount and due date of the receivable.

  • Is it possible to hand over just one receivable?

    Is it possible to hand over just one receivable?

    The company Creditreform is specialized for services provided to firms, and therefore we offer collection even for different receivables for firm customers. We do not perform services of this type for the segment C2C (e.g. loans between individuals, extortion of outstanding rent etc.).

  • What are the conditions for debt collection service provided by Creditreform?

    What are the conditions for debt collection service provided by Creditreform?

    For taking up collection process, following conditions must be fulfilled:

    • The receivable must be payable. It means, that the agreed due date has been surpassed.
    • The debtor must be in delay and he must be informed about the fact that his obligation is in delay.            
    • The receivable in question must not be disputable. The company Creditreform assumes for collection proceedings just such receivables, which have not been credibly contested.  For example, it cannot be known in advance that the debtor had claimed a defect of a work or delivery by means of handing over a receivable for collection.

     

     

  • Is it possible to hand over for collection also receivables solved by court?

    Is it possible to hand over for collection also receivables solved by court?

    The company Creditreform does not assume for collection such receivables, with which there are judicial proceedings or which are administered by an executor. The company Creditreform may assume, under special conditions, such receivables, for which either the „title“ (i.e. judicial resolution in force) exists or which have passed through unsuccessful execution process.

  • What is necessary to acquire access to on-line database of Creditreform?

    What is necessary to acquire access to on-line database of Creditreform?

    Access to the database is possible just for the clients of Creditreform. Each client will receive a password, on the basis of which he has access to the Creditreform database at any time and from any place. Even more employees from one company may have access password.
